Scrum coaching the Nyenerode University
The upcoming trend of Scrum adoption, that can be seen more and more in other industries than technology related, made Nyenrode University to call us for a Scrum training. One of our Agile Scrum Coaches explained in front of an academical audience what is Scrum and which are its benefits for projects and organizations.
Erik started with a comparison between the traditional software development methods, mainly Waterfall. He continued with presenting the best path for Scrum adoption for an organization. Our Agile Scrum Coach managed to answer the doubts of the audience over this new and no-constrain way of development. The most interesting fact that Erik presented was the 82% success rate of projects that adopt Scrum (according to www.cio.com)
In the end, Nyenrode University enjoyed the ‘fight’ between ITERATIVE (Scrum) and INCREMENTAL(traditional) way of developing, where the best results are achieved by being Agile.
