Agile Dialogues Scrum

Translating business goals to a software product – or the other way around: linking technical innovations to new business opportunities – is difficult for most organizations. In general, the business manager provides the conditions the product must meet, after which the developers work on a prototype. Often times the bottlenecks appear during the evaluation, commercializing or implementation phase.

Dialogues Scrum puts an end to this gap. Dialogues Scrum’s own technology which is based on the Agile Scrum and is interactive, transparent, dynamic and cost-efficient.

With Dialogues Scrum the focus point is the dialogue. Multidisciplinary teams work in fixed time units (sprints) with clear provisional goals towards the end product. Because the business managers and IT-people keep mutual contact during the development process, obscurities or changes become rapidly tangible making provisional adaptations possible. Without extra costs for development and within the same period of time. The result is a flexible end product that can easily keep up with the complexity and speed of the current economy.
