Agile testing
"Never develop without testing" this is how we work.
Agile Testing is an approach towards software testing methodologies for innovative, fast moving projects. It ensures that the tester can start his job in the initial stages of the product development, more exactly in the stage of defining the product requirements.
The methodology is based on a set of rules that the tester follows in order to build test scenarios for each type of requirements.
The presence of the tester in the initial phase increases the rate of error identification, where the stakeholders could have an opinion about the inaccuracies of their business proposal. Doing so, the solutions for the errors and their implementation are cheaper. The tester can also define the acceptance criteria in that early stage and can help the business to clarify the requirements.
Using Agile Testing the tester builds test flows, later used for clear define of the product backlog. The same test flows are also used after the product is developed, mainly to check if the code is working properly. It is also possible for business stakeholders to use it for acceptance tests, due to the simple approach that the method has.
