What is the strength of Dialogues Technology?
In the beginning we used an Indian company to develop our website. The distance proved to be, literally and figuratively, too big. The transfer to Dialogues Technology was a relief. The company is accessible and close to us, but also lies near to our own experiences. The short communication lines guaranteed a direct harmonization from both sides. This helped not only the velocity, but also the flexibility. Each time they would come with clear points of improvement, which optimized the functionality and the user interaction of our program. An innovative application that has been designed especially for Familiekompas and has been made user-friendly thanks to Dialogues Technology's empathy. They did not just work out our ideas, but thought each step of the process with us which resulted in creating a tool that is as logical as possible.
Does the result answer the objectives?
Absolutely. The number of active visitors on our site still increases. The users are clearly enthusiastic. Just like our partners who confirm the value of our concept. By collaborating with Dialogues Technology, the quality of our product has clearly improved and we went online within the set deadline. We had already communicated our deadline date, but it seemed we would not make it. Dialogues Technology immediately increased the number of developers to meet the deadline. We saw that proactive attitude in each stage of the process. From the first conversation until the delivery date of the site.
