Why Dialogues Technology?
An earlier successful collaboration has prompted us to approach Dialogues Technology for the FansFirst website. The advantages of this software developer are clear. They not only reside in the same building, but also speak the same language. When you work with parties from a foreign country you have to deal with both cultural difference and language barriers. What has been the result?
We had a very tight deadline of six weeks. Within that period of time a web site, which serves as a ticket-platform, had been realized, including the payment-provider. In short: FansFirst sells options for tickets to finals for specific teams. If the team qualifies itself, the owner can convert its option into a ticket. If the team does not qualify, the option expires. This is a considerable IT-challenge to say the least. Thousands of visitors meet on this online platform. An enormous volume. To be able to realize that the first customer in line can convert its option into a ticket, it is necessary to have an innovative order mechanism. Dialogues Technology has successfully succeeded in doing this. They have really used all means and efforts possible to implement a working and reliable web site whilst staying within the deadline.
