Unfortunately, Dialogues Technology did not get a ticket to the global final of InnoVista. We congratulate the winners and thank the organizers.

All in all, our involvement in the development of FansFirst, the innovative ticketing platform, was remarked and rewarded with this participation in the Tata InnoVista European Round that took place in London, on 4th of April.

This nomination, next to NAVTEQ Special Topic Prize award from European Satellite and Navigation Competition in 2010, enforces what Dialogues Technology stands for: innovation, agile development and competent software developers.

Award Ceremony in Munich, Germany

Written on October 29, 2010 at 7:24 pm

A week already passed from out trip to Munich. Dialogues Technology, as you may know already, has won the NAVTEQ Special Topic Prize for a mobile parking application. Our application was picked from a poll of other 82 ideas.

We started on Monday, with a lunch meeting with one of NAVTEQ representatives, where he told us more about NAVTEQ and how our collaboration will proceed. Since it is about an incubation period, it will be very interesting.

Later that evening we attended the award ceremony in theĀ Allerheiligen-Hofkirche. The whole Dialogues Technology team was invited on the stage, in the applause of the all the ceremony attendees. We received a Galileo satellite trophy and diplomas, a truly nice feeling of achievement and recognition of our innovative power.

The evening continued with a state reception in one of the ballrooms of the Munich Residence, where we had the opportunity to meet other participants of the competition, as well persons coming from different backgrounds that were interested in new business ideas.

The following day we visited the Galileo Control Centre and the German Aerospace Center, where Bastiaan and Martin presented the application and gave a live demo (something that impressed the audience since most of the participants came with ideas and concepts).

What we achieved is winning a competition with a bright innovative idea, simple execution and easy to use solution. In the end, this is what we are proud of: a concept & software development company with innovative power.
