From our start about three years ago, Dialogues Technology works with Agile Scrum. And with great results for our clients, we might proudly add. Scrum does not only involve IT in our view, but emphasizes the dialogue with the business. Because of continuous requests and growing interest in Scrum around us, we decided to expand our business with certified Scrum trainings.

We invited Paul Goddard, an experienced Scrum trainer who implemented Scrum on a company-wide level at Nokia and British Telecom. Last week, the training was given in the inspiring Dialogues House, to 16 managers from different branches and it was a great success!

Besides presenting the agile methodology and of course the Scrum framework, Paul showed the audience a lot of interactive games. Participants could not only see, but really experience scrum in practice.

Our participants learnt in two inspiring and interactive days why and how Scrum works in comparison to traditional project management methods and how to implement scrum in practice. This dialogue with business in stead of only focusing on the IT part, is exactly what Dialogues Technology is about.

We managed to train 16 managers to be certified scrum trainers and will check up on them within the first month to see how Agile they have become. Because of the positive feedback we got afterwards we planned the next two scrum trainings within the next two months already.
